Walker Place located on Bellevue Avenue in West Vancouver’s Ambleside Village proposes to rejuvenate and add to an existing low-rise retail and office building. The existing building will be renovated and increased in area to accommodate a more active retail street-front activity while adding office area to establish focus within a seaside village.  The current structure is fully re-used, including the parking area. The result offers a strongly sustainable advantage.
