Headquarters for cutting edge indie news and entertainment weekly bringing new life to a sixties classic and adding new roof-top amenity facilities for staff. The original interior steel skeleton is highlighted in the design, as well as the texturally interesting brick and geometrically articulated concrete façade. 4 storey office with retail main floor and 2 levels of underground parking. Total 20,000 sf.

West Georgia Place is a 20 storey, 250,000 sq ft office tower build with precise building process and was designed and completed within 14 months. Features include extensive 'urban rooms' and retail at street level. Typical office floors are very efficient and were designed with a 'full team' approach that included real estate agents representing tenant interests.

Walker Place, located on Bellevue Avenue in West Vancouver, is a lowrise retail and office building with retail space opening onto street frontage. This building demanded intensive planning approval to resolve differing perspectives of the clients, merchants, residents and political planning bodies.

Approval of all groups was achieved through design development which included participation of each of the different stakeholders, and provided a landmark three story building for the owner.
